Tena is great with communication and information

My family of four loves staying at Tena and Russ’s place! Tena is wonderfully communicative and quick to answer any questions about the property or the area. The setup is beautiful, with plenty of appliances, a great view, and a leather couch—which I really appreciated since it’s easy to wipe clean any germs and after sandy beach days. My boys especially enjoyed the night lights in the bunk beds and the light-up shower head, which actually made the bedtime routine easier. We’re already planning to return next season! I even forgot some of our skimboards, but Tena kindly said we could pick them up during our next visit.

Loved the property and the owner could not have been any nicer! She kept me updated on what activities were available, a very detailed email with directions and instructions for my stay, and offered assistance for a minor issue (elevator was being repaired). We will definitely be back.

July 4th

The location is great, the walk to the beach and the pool were short enough that my 3 yr old grandson had no issues. It was very nice to be so close to the elevatorThe condo is very clean, and the beach chairs that are provided are awsome, (we actually ordered them when we returned home)Tina was very quick to respond and ensured we had the community activities infromation. As well as other helpful information.The check in and out process were communicated well and very easy. The playgound was a bonus and only a short walk away. Thank you for sharing your home, I am sure we will make this a family tradition.

Back in Hilton Had

My family and I returned to Hilton head this week after a few years visiting other beaches. This stay was excellent just like our past stays in this condo. We enjoyed the ocean view and convenience to restaurants and shopping.

Fall Getaway

We absolutely loved the condo!! It has a wonderful view from the balcony! Kitchen is equipped well for cooking. Nicely decorated. Mattress is comfy. Only thing I would say to change would be the commode lid - doesn’t fix - a little on the short side. Overall Excellent! Communication and checkin superb!! Definitely would love to stay again!!

Summer Get-a-way with the kids

This was perfect for our family of 4! We have a 7 and 3 year old and the community had loads of fun activities. The pool was great and featured a dance party, karaoke, and trivia during our stay. The bungalow was the perfect amount of space for the four of us and the queen bed was extremely comfy. Tena, the hostess was amazing! She sent ideas for our stay and made sure we have everything we needed. Definitely will book again!

Perfect place to stay!

This unit is decorated very cute and was extremely clean. You can tell thoughtfulness was put into providing lots of convenient storage options and modern device charging options. Teena was so great and easy to work with. I will definitely book this place again!!!

Wonderful Experience!

We brought our 3 year old daughter to the beach for the first time and this was the perfect experience for our family! The condo is beautifully decorated, supplied with all that you need, and close to the pool/beach! Tena is an excellent host! We were provided everything we needed and felt at home! She is wonderful with communication and easy to reach! We will definitely be back next year!

Perfect for our family!

Cozy and Quaint

We love our visits to Hilton Head and find us always resorting to our favorite place. This year, we had the pleasure of renting from Teena, who was so kind, informative and extremely flexible. She knew we were driving 16 hours, so she made it so we could get in a little early. Always a nice surprise. Our cozy condo was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed. The kitchen is pretty compact, so sticking to quick and easy meals, worked best when we did feel like making something. We of course, find it way better to go out to eat anyways. As stated earlier, Teena was great and we personally appreciate having a kind, thoughtful host who is only a text away. Such an important part when being in an unknown space. She answered back quickly with anything I needed. Cozy and quaint is my best way to describe it. It quickly felt like home. It works out best for a couple of maybe little kids. Very well cleaned and I just love the unique touches of the beach. The fireplace came in handy one cool night. Thanks for sharing your beach therapy getaway! 💗

Spring Break Visit

Our stay was wonderful, despite a rainy day washout. Tena was an excellent host and provided recommendations for off site activities and entertainment to keep us busy when we were not at the beach or pool. The property was exceptionally clean and met all of our family’s need for comfort. Close to the action but quiet and peaceful as well. We had a great time.

Lovely stay

Tena was very responsive. I initially had an issue connecting my lap-top to the wifi. She sent her son Spencer out who assisted me with the issue, he was VERY polite, even said "yes ma'am". You don't hear that very often up north. Tena also kept me updated with different events on the property.

Great host, great location to pool and ocean

My husband and two little boys enjoyed our stay from day 1 to the last day! Tena was a fabulous host who answered all my questions and gave great recommendations. We loved the way she set up her condo from the decor to the comfort. There was a cell phone charger dock on the end tables, lots of storage for snacks and a huge butcher block counter top. The bathroom has great storage as well. Each of my children got their own drawer for bathroom stuff and so did my husband and I. There are two mirrors in the bathroom so getting ready with another adult in there is doable. My boys loved the color changing shower head. They also like the lights they could tap on in their bunk beds. The master bed was more comfortable than my own and the pillows were nice and soft. The outlets for charging things were very convenient. The fridge and microwave seemed to be brand new and very spacious. We loved that the condo was located right off the elevator for easy travel. The balcony view was great. We could see the pool and ocean. The pool had fun activities everyday for the kids. The soft icecream was amazing and the kids loved the snow cones too. We will definitely be reaching back out to Tena to come back. She made every part of this trip easy.
