Stunning ocean views and a pool that is perfect for children and adults. The home was well stocked and its location is close enough to bike to Coligny Plaza, but escapes the public beach crowd. We had an amazing time and will rent again.

We had friends and family arrive and depart throughout the week. The house was perfect - we enjoyed every square inch. Who knew the laundry room would bring so much joy! Tie dolphins swimming by in the mornings, and the deer running through the grass were bonus guests! Can’t wait until we return.

Very nice house with great ocean view on North Forrest Beach that easily accommodated our large family (8 adults and 9 grandchildren). We would definitely go back.

Great location on the beach with very comfortable beds and overall private beach. We even had room to set up a sand volleyball court. management responded to an AC issue within an hour! Little ones loved the pool and putting/chipping area. Perfect for our family of 16.

Great property, great location. We had a few minor glitches that the management took care of promptly (light bulbs out). The trash service was a problem as they were supposed to pick up Monday and Friday and they did neither.

The house was beautiful, great windows to see the views. Layout was perfect for all of our family. Location was lovely. We were quite surprised at the cleanliness of the home. Counter tops still had food on them. Large stains, and and food found in the carpeting.

My wife and I rent a place for our 4 daughters, their husbands and 10 grand kids somewhere every year. We had the best time here! Perfect location on the beach, pool, hot tub, games for the kids and tons of pool and ocean toys. Amazing ocean views from most bedrooms, lots of great "hang out" space inside and out. It was a very short and pleasant bike ride to Coligney plaza which made shopping, grabbing groceries, or listening to some dude playing guitar while you sip adult beverages, easy and relaxing.The place was a little high tech for us compared to other rentals (great built in sound system, remote controlled electric mini blinds and built in hot tub). That said, a phone call or two and, BAM, we had an answer or someone quickly showed up to help us out! (We found the instructions later :)) A family favorite...we shall return!

Overall the property inside and out was superior. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked. We were a party of twelve. Six adults (parents/grandparents) with six children under twelve. Sleeping arrangements worked well for everyone. The house is very quiet inside and out(the neighborhood is single family homes and quiet). The check-in process was easy, quick and efficiently managed by two ladies. The property manager was quick to reply and helpful with questions that arose. Incidentals that needed attention were also settled promptly. A few positive features not mentioned or overlooked by me in the property description were: 1) the two car garage was available for our use; 2) an additional refridgerator/freezer in the garage; 3) the pool depth averages about 4 feet, give or take, throughout (ideal for children);4) wine fridge behind the main floor bar. The beach was a very short jaunt over the dune. It was wide and uncrowded. The water was very warm with small waves and a gradually sloping bottom. The Piggly-Wiggly(well stocked) is less than a mile along a pleasant sidewalk. We would and likely may rent this property again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home.The location is ideal, offering beautiful ocean views from every bedroom (except for the kids’ room). The only downside to the stunning east-facing views is that the sun rises early, making it difficult to get a full night’s rest with the lack of shades on the upper side of all the windows; but this is a minor inconvenience given the beauty of the setting.The property boasts plenty of storage space, and the pool and jacuzzi were a big hit. The jacuzzi heated up quickly and the putting green provided hours of fun for the whole family.The home is listed as sleeping 20, but it more comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests. The only common area is a spacious living room with one couch and four large chairs, which initially seemed a bit limiting. However, it ended up being a pleasant surprise, as it naturally brought everyone together in one space.The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious, but it could benefit from a few additional items, such as a tea kettle and larger pots for bigger meals. One tip—before you buy bottled water, check the refrigerator as there is a water dispenser inside! There is also a second refrigerator downstairs in the open basement, which is helpful for larger groups.All in all, we were very happy with our stay. Despite a few small quirks, this home provided excellent value for the price, and we had an unforgettable vacation.Thank you, Robert, for being such a wonderful host!

The house was perfect for our family of 17 (10 adults and 7 children ages 4-9) The property was just perfect and the view amazing. Spent lots of time on the beach, riding bikes, went to Harbor Town, enjoyed many of the local restaurants near us. Everyone said this was the best vacation location so far. Kids had a blast with the pool and loved the green area behind the pool. Played miniature golf, played whiffle ball, soccer and football. The property manager was very responsive. We'd highly recommend and would definitely return.

Perfect location, beautiful home. There was a lot more than on the website. We rented bikes and beach chairs but they had bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and other beach toys. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. Two refrigerators and freezers were very useful. You can park 6 cars if needed in the garages and driveway. They need to update the info on garbage since there is no recycling pickup, just trash on both days.

The house was ok but extremely outdated for the amount paid. We’ve been renting in this neighborhood for many years and unfortunately fell way short from what we expected. The bathrooms were extremely outdated and small and the door under the sink in kitchen was broken and fell on everyone’s foot from time to time. We could not use the fireplace which is the first house that didn’t allow which is strange. The elevator also was out of order which these are things that should be mentioned when renting. There was a ton of wind during our stay and one night was a tornado watch and all the chairs and umbrella from the outside fell and nobody bothered to ever come by and pick up or even put inside due to the high winds and knowing of a tornado watch. Upon checkin a ton of garbage from previous owners which would have been nice if someone have picked up. The house was extremely dirty and we saw 3 dead roaches under the armoires in the upstairs room so we needed up cleaning the house since we have babies crawling everywhere we were concerned with all the dust. Had to clean pots and pans too Bc that too was dirty. Also garbage left if one of the bathrooms from the previous renters in one of the bathrooms upstairs. Thank you for taking the time we just wished the house would have been much cleaner, updated and able to use the fireplace and elevator for the amount we paid.

We absolutely loved our stay! We had 8 adults and the home was very spacious. We loved all of the amenities such as the heated pool, hot tub, bikes, ping pong table, foosball, and beach chairs. There were so many other supplies we could have used but it was cooler weather so we weren’t at the beach much. The home was decorated so nice and no expense was spared. The mattresses were so comfortable. We loved how close it was to the Coligny Plaza and Piggly Wiggly. One Hot Mama’s and Bella Italia Pizza were great and close by as well. Hope to come back again!
