Welcome to your updated top-floor penthouse villa with beautiful partial ocean views and direct private beach access—no streets to cross or long walks, you’re already at the beach!

Enjoy all the perks of oceanside living with resort-style amenities, including:
• Two large saltwater heated pools (one oceanfront with zero-entry and a splash zone for kids)
• Two hot tubs
• Bar & grill with snack shop
• Fitness center, game room
• Outdoor grilling stations and plenty of relaxing seating areas

The villa is accessible via stairs or elevator and sleeps up to 6 guests including children. It features:
• A private bedroom with sliding barn doors, queen bed with storage drawers, and a high-quality mattress
• Built-in single sized bunk beds (ideal for children or smaller teens)
• A pull-out sleeper sofa
• Fully equipped kitchen with full-size and small appliances, dishware, and a single-serve Keurig
• Smart TV with basic cable in the living room
• A private balcony with glider seating and a peaceful partial ocean view—close enough to hear the waves!
• Two beach chairs and a beach cart (availability not guaranteed if lost or damaged)
• Coin-operated laundry on the 1st floor (bring quarters—no change machine)
• Free onsite parking for one vehicle, 2 EV charging spots available on site with first come availability

Snowbirds Welcome (Nov–Feb)
Stays over 28 nights will receive an additional 10% discount. A starter pack of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags) is provided; guests supply additional items for longer stays. End-of-stay professional cleaning is included, and optional cleanings during your stay can be arranged for an extra fee.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach! The room was very clean, and had everything we needed. We were traveling with 2 adults and 4 young kids. It was tight, but we were able to fit everyone. Great condo and amenities. The grills on property need maintenance as many had trouble keeping them on and turning them on took a long time, with a fire ball blast when they would turn on. The Oceanside grill had issues the entire week with their credit card machine and couldn’t take cash, therefore if you were staying in the Beach Club you couldn’t make purchases. We were told to Venmo the bartenders instead.

Great place to stay!

It was very clean and right next to the beach, the pools are beautiful and roomy. We loved it so much here, we plan to come back and stay again in the fall. It’s beautifully decorated and communication with the property manager about any questions was quick and efficient. I would give it 5 stars.

Great Stay

We booked a quick spring break trip to Hilton Head and came upon this listing. The condo is small but was perfect for our needs especially as a last minute booking. The plus was having access to Hilton Grand Vacations. Parking can be a bit much after a certain hour at night but it all worked out just fine. The condo was very clean and cozy. Great location and great view of the beach from our patio. The only issue for us were the bunk beds for my kids. I have two teens who are tall. The beds were very uncomfortable for them so one ended up on the pull out couch and the other in the bed with me. We made the best of it. I would say that the bunk beds are best for younger kids.

Wonderful Stay!

My wife and I stayed a little over a week and had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Perfect location! Loved the easy beach access and the use of the Hilton amenities. I had to call the property manager a couple of times, extremely quick response. Definitely will stay again!
