Awesome Condo!

My family and I had an absolute, awesome time on this vacation! The weather was great for most of the days. The only thing that was a small hindrance was the power going out for about 2 hours due to a breaker problem, but it was fixed quickly. The condo was very clean and cozy. We will definitely come back and visit!

Beach getaway!

This unit is a wonderful unit; beautifully updated, pretty decor, etc. The sheets are a little “scratchy” and the cleanliness in bathrooms (especially toilet areas) just needed a little more attention upon move-in. Everything else is perfect! We’d stay again - for sure!

Very nice and would stay again. The ice maker in the freezer did not make ice cubes. It dumped water into the tray and had a block of frozen ice. Just needs repaired or replaced.

Excellent accomodations

Everything we needed was right there. Very close to beach and easy to get in and out of. There were few luggage carts however as it was busy when when arrives but we eventually found one. Other than that it was great.

Excellent experience!

Great property and location. Short walk to the beach. Pool was great. Gas grills were awesome. Short walk to two fabulous golf courses. Great food within short walks/drives. Plenty of grocery stores nearby. The general store (5 min walk) has nearly everything. Bike/kayak rentals 5 minute walk away. Fishing in lagoons also available (need SC saltwater license). Parking is very convenient. Only complaints: 1. a few loud neighbors but nothing major and addressed promptly 2. Wifi router would occasionally lose signal and reset 3. Not enough electrical outlets (bring a power strip if your family has a lot of devices). All of these are extremely minor in my opinion and pretty common.

A lovely unit in a fantastic location

We had a great stay at this newly updated and beautifully decorated unit in palmetto dunes. We came with our two young kids and we were all very comfortable for the whole week, with just about all of our needs anticipated. Villamare is right on the beach with a beautiful pool on property, which made it a breeze to go back and forth. My reason for knocking one star is that the washer/dryer combo machine didn’t work well for us... the dryer took so long we found it easier to air dry our clothes. And the knives are extremely dull. I bought a watermelon for the week and couldn’t cut through it. Minor inconveniences in the grand scheme. We’d definitely stay here again.
