Great place! Had everything we needed including an awesome beach cart with lots of beach necessities! Owners were very attentive to an issue with the bike company and helped me resolve the issue. Highly recommend.

Great Trip

This was our first stay in Hilton Head and we will be going back. I had Troy or getting the dryer to work but that was probably my fault. One of the beach chairs are broken, but besides that everything was great!

This rental is nothing as advertised

Had a very bad experience. Both with customer service, and with cleanliness issues. The dirtiest rental I’ve ever stayed in. The surfaces and floors and carpet were so dirty, and sticky. The drawers were full of trash. There were left overs in the sink. The bathroom ceiling has so much mold, and the whole house stinks. The walk to the beach is a good 20 minutes. Would not come back here

Spacious Condo

I enjoyed the visit to this property. The floor plan and screened provided plenty of room. The shady area was great for providing shade and a nice place to walk. My one complaint is the drainage issues. The shower in the master bath would not drain fast almost causing the water to seep out into the floor. The shower floor stayed dirty and felt awful as the water rose higher during showers.

7103 Treetops Nightmare

7103 TreeTops in Hilton Head. Mostly CONS: Front door lock you have to pull just right so the bolt goes through the striker. Back sliding door to screen in porch is hard to slide and lock is broken so they have a stick to hold the door shut from outsiders. Both bedrooms still have carpet ?? The 2nd bedroom wall light switch is broken & the Nite stand lamp is also broken. Both the showers in each bathroom need snaked (not Drano) as you will be standing in 3-4 inches of dirty water. The master Bedroom TV is 10 years old it acts up in sometimes turning completely red ? Then the volume at max you still can’t here it so you must put on the captions. The maid service doesn’t leave you enough trash bags for the week. This unit is on the first floor so the noise from the condo above is horrible especially when there are 3 little kids running around all night. Last but the worst issue is the musty smell in the condo. There are full damp rid bags in every room and closet, but if doesn’t help. We had to wash ALL of our clothes, hats, pillows (as we have special neck pillows) everything twice when we returned home and wiped down every single bag and suitcase to get the musty, moldy smell out. Pros; Nice screened in porch, kitchen & family room was ok, Master bed was fine. Until the owner fixes every issue especially the mold. I would not recommend staying there.

Cute and cozy

It was a convenient and cozy little place with pros and cons. The beach a 15 minute walk and the floor unit means it's not easy to access. For most maybe but we took it too mean no steps and the owner didn't respond...we have a wheelchair soo we got a workout. They also didn't leave enough toiletries or trash bags for 7 days. I had to buy toilet paper,dishwasher tabs (bc there we're none), and trash bags.the bed in twin bed room too big so you couldn't close the door.we had to move the bed over so we could close the door for our teenage girls.the ceiling light in that room also taped off and couldn't turn on and lamp switch too hard to turn so we just unplugged the lamp, every time. Also, either the ceilings are made of cardboard or the upstairs neighbor had a horse.it.was.SO.LOUD. The size of the unit was great,the couch was comfy, and there were lots of blankets and dishes to use.also the beach buggy thing worth beach supplies helped out a lot! Even though the little things were annoying, id stay here again bc it was a good deal and was close to everything.

Family Vacation

Our trip was amazing. Everything was very clean and beautiful. The location is perfect! Close to everything you may need. A short 5 minute bike ride to the beach. The beach was amazing, clean, and beautiful. And renting bikes was a very easy affordable process, my kids loved riding bikes together as a family. The condo was perfect just what we were looking for. The area is super quite especially at night. It gives off a very relaxing feel. It had everything needed to make our stay amazing. The king size bed was sooo comfortable and the walk in shower is huge and beautiful. We also loved the screen in porch, it was very peaceful to sit and relax. They have beach items ready to use which made things super easy for us not having to worry about packing beach chairs, beach unbrella, sand toys. Overall I would highly recommend this beach condo.Dont hesitate- book this place! You will not be dissappointed! We had a blast and hope to return soon!!

Enjoyable stay and highly recommend

The unit was very comfortable. It was nicely decorated. The kitchen was properly equipped. It is very well located. Very nice pool. Short walk across the dunes to the beach. The property management company was great. They immediately replaced the Keurig coffee machine when we reported it as not working.

Good place to stay for a week

We enjoyed our stay at the condo but the kitchen needed to be cleaner. We found a swim diaper in the closet in the kids bedroom. Overall, the cleaning service could be doing a better job.
