Beautiful house !

12 adults stayed at the house. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and common area. Enjoyed the hot tub, and direct access to the beach. We would rent it again !

Family getaway

Overall, we enjoyed our experience. This was our first big family vacation, and this home offered a perfect location for both adults and kids. A couple of issues with the home were handled by the management company. These took away from our experience a bit but overall would recommend this home!

Amazing House

My family and I have been visiting HHI for over 40 years and this house has by far been the best house we’ve stayed in. The property manager was attentive and helpful. The house was clean and exactly as described. We will be booking again.

Loved It

The property is beautiful and it was clean. We were well situated and loved being at the end of the street. Originally, we were informed there was no elevator there. But, thankfully that was wrong info, which helped greatly as we loaded items in and out. The coffee maker killed over on the 2nd day, but everyone was rescued by a trip to Dunkin. We would gladly stay there again for our Executive Team meetings.

Easy access to Coligny Circle area. Place is generally in good condition there were a few items that were excessively worn, especially in the kitchen. Great spot near Coligny

Overall a great long weekend at this home at the beach. The view and location were first rate, all the travelers really enjoyed it. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We cooked a few meals while the 9 of us were here, and the kitchen is big and roomy and lots of folks can work at the same time. Overall a great time. A few small things - the appliances are showing some age - the icemaker in the kitchen fridge doesn't work and the heating elements on the stove are slow. There are a few small signs of wear on carpets and furniture - and a little cleaning could go a long way - but those are small nitpicky things. Was a really fun time at a great location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 9 Guscio for two weeks and had two groups of friends visit. Hilton Head has become our favorite destination. The house was big enough as we had 5 couples one week and 7 couples the next week. Very well appointed and being on the beach and centrally located on the island made it perfect for our friends. The owner happened to be staying next door and was very friendly and helpful. The Island Time staff was very accommodating and responsive. Our only issues were one of the ovens slow to heat up but did work and the elevator had a few glitches. Some of the elevator glitches were operator errors but a few were mechanical. We will be back.

Great location and house!

Great house right on the beach in HH. Stayed with my large family. Pros: Location was perfect. 5 min drive to anything you need- supermarket, restaurants, shops, park, etc. The sizes of the rooms were great. It was also nice to have two living rooms on separate floors. Cons: A lot of red ants by the pool and grill, so it was a little hard to enjoy laying out without getting bit. Some dishes were a little dirty. We stayed during a hurricane that passed for one day- the pool got very sandy and dirty and we requested for it to be vacuumed on the bottom but no one ever came. Rental company said they could not guarantee they come or provide an ETA which is a little weird as they should have a relationship with pool company to come and clean per their request. Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: Overall we were satisfied at the house and the family enjoyed being together.Pros: Home with 8 bedrooms, very limited supply on the island ocean side.. Facility was clean. Kitchen and dining areas suitable and accommodate large gatherings. Beach location allows lengthy walks and bike rides. Close to Coligny Circle for shopping and restaurants. Bike paths available to travel across island. Good size pool with deck chairs. Porches with views of ocean. Elevator available to assist with luggage to second and third floors. Enjoyed the house. Maintenance issues were resolved expediently. Staff was responsive, supportive and helpful. Cons: Limited parking space. House is much too close to adjacent properties presenting noisy ambiance from neighbors, may be best in off season with less crowds if you don't want to be part of the neighbors constant and late partying. Door missing for 3rd floor "bedroom" not private. Pots and pans have scrapped teflon coating, not recommended for safe cooking. Purchased our own.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of rental properties look better in pictures than they do in real life, but this was the exception. We were even more impressed by the size of the house, the quality of the amenities, the pool and the beach access. The beach was fantastic. A very residential area so low crowds and it was large and flat, very easy to run and bike on. Parking was easy with room for 6 cars. The concierge service was one of the best amenities though. They helped me set up a private chef dinner that was fantastic. They helped guide us to local restaurants and golf courses. They helped us find a masseuse for an in home visit, and they helped us find a fun sunset sailing cruise. I didn't like that I was going to get charged for a full week of heating the pool and spa even though we only were there for 3 nights. The owner did agree to give me a slight discount, but it wasn't anywhere close to prorated. The concierge service did help me after hours though when I couldn't figure out the spa heat, so they really came through for us. I would highly recommend renting through Island Time and this property was excellent. The location was great, but you will want a car or bike. We walked to Coligny Beach area a couple times, but it was a solid 30-35 minutes.

I highly suggest this home and to book directly with Island Time. The location to the beach and the layout of the home were perfect for getaway. I would rebook this home or any other Hilton Head managed by Island Time.
