Perfect location but

The condo was in the perfect location. This unit is on the corner so there’s an ocean view off the balcony. The walk to the beach was quick however the unit is on the end without the elevator. The unit itself could use a new coat of paint and deep cleaning. Lastly, the primary room has a window which leads to the hallway and the lights blare into the room. I would stay again simply for the easy access to the beach!
