Those who wish to tour the shops and restaurants of Hilton Head will find them just a short drive away. Island Club's manicured walkways through lush vegetation provide access to the beach and the resort's amenities. Each guest can find something to do, whether it’s sunning themselves by the pool or on the tanning shelves, relaxing in the picnic area, working out in the fitness center, or playing on one of the many tennis or basketball courts.

Renovations can be seen as soon as you enter the open kitchen with its Corian countertops, custom cabinets, and modern appliances. The patio will dazzle you with its ocean view, stealing your stresses away with each wave. Falling asleep in the living room won't be a problem thanks to the pull-out sofabed. For any shows you can't miss, the 46-inch flatscreen TV will come to your aid while the primary bedroom beckons you with its walk-in shower, spacious bed, and lovely view. Free Wifi keeps you entertained while a private washer/dryer lets you take care of any laundry you may have.

The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).

The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
