We enjoyed our week at this condo & the view of the lagoon. Beautiful sunsets from the back porch in the evenings, a short walk to the beach, and a clean & comfortable interior. Overall a nice choice for our family.

We loved staying at the house. Peaceful setting on the back decks. Two master bedrooms are hard to find. Location is great, beach was a short walk. We rented bikes and rode the beach to harbor town. House is well equipped for cooking.

We greatly enjoyed our January stay. The villa is nicely decorated, well equipped, and very comfortable. The location is quiet and within easy walking distance to the beach. We particularly liked the views of the lagoon from every window and both porches.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. We have been staying in the Huntington Villas over 15 years and this was our first time staying in a two bedroom. It was perfect for our week stay. The villa’s decor is lovely, very clean, it is spacious, and the kitchen is well stocked. The own was great. She was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Our family looks forward to returning this villa in the future.

This unit is in a great location overlooking one of the canals on the island and also an easy 3-5 minute walk to the beach! The grounds of the property are well maintained as well. The unit itself was very clean and the decor is well done! We greatly enjoyed our stay and would book again!

The property has a lovely split floor plan. It was beautifully decorated—a very comfortable screened-in patio. It was ideally located across the street from the pool. Beach access was within walking distance—spacious two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Beautiful area and comfy condo. Nice two bedroom two bath accommodations for couples. Enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch overlooking the lagoon every morning. Quick walk to the beach from condo. Only negative was a $25 parking fee per car that we were not made aware of prior to arrival.

The property was in a great location to enjoy all of the fantastic things about Hilton Head; lagoon views, beach within walking distance and lots of biking paths!! The properties decor was welcoming, functional and beautiful! Nice televisions in each room and plenty of seating indoors and out. Lots of extras to use at the beach such as chairs and towels. It was a bonus having the pool so close to the unit. Bathrooms were spacious and beautifully updated. Few small issues but the owner was very responsive and quick to make everything right and comfortable for my family.

Great property in the Palmetto Dunes area - easy access to everything you want and need. Our only issue was with the GPS directions given to us when we plugged in the address. Follow Tiffany's directions and you'll be fine (Siri doesn't know)! Loved this place and would return in a heartbeat!

Had a fantastic time at the condo. It is very clean and well organized. Screened porch was a great spot for cocktails and watching the birds fishing (and even a red tailed hawk) kill and eat a squirrel. The beach is very close (5 min walk for some 50 year olds with bad hips). Pool is well maintained and a good mixture of sun and shade. There are about 6 steps up the front door of the unit, but are shallow and didn't present any problems. Beds were very nice and A/C worked well. Tiffany the owner was great about responding promptly to questions. We've been to many places on HHI and will definitely be back!

My wife and I have been coming to HHI for years and both grew up as young kids coming to the island. We made our plans to go down one more time this summer as an early 10 year wedding anniversary and brought the 2 kids with us. My overall impression- WOW. ABSOLUTELY beautiful property and the host is one of the more outstanding people I ever had the pleasure of interacting with. When we had an issue come up that was completely out of the property owners control, they went out of their way to fix it and then make it right with us. I will be checking this condo first any time I plan a future trip. A+++++++++

We love being in Palmetto Dunes and staying in the Huntington villas on the lagoon and close to the pool. It’s also only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. It’s a quiet and relaxing location. Tiffany was extremely responsive. There were only a few hangers when we arrived. Before going out and buying some I messaged Tiffany in case there were some we were just missing. Within an hour or so we had 24 hangers delivered from Walgreens by instacart. When I asked about the bikes that were supposed to be available with the rental Tiffany explained they had been damaged in a recent storm and she immediately credited our account to partially cover the cost of renting bikes. Overall it was a great vacation with plenty to do and many good restaurants to choose from.

My family enjoyed staying in this condo for a few days during spring break. The condo has been recently updated and is in good condition and well decorated. It was a great space for us as a family of four with two young children. There were bikes and beach chairs (easy to carry chairs at that) for guest use. The beach is about a 5 minute walk away, not too far and the pool is right outside the front door. The pool was heated (and quite warm) which was great given it was a bit cool outside during our stay. The outdoor screen porch is great overlooking the water. If you are staying here, I would recommend grabbing a bag of ice at the grocery store. When we arrive, the ice maker had been shut off and was empty - we assume this is a cleaning protocol and completely understand. We turned the ice maker back on, however it is a VERY slow ice maker. This is a minor inconvenience and easily fixable with from the grocery store - but nice to know if you are going to the grocer prior to arrival.
