Welcome to your Hilton Head getaway! Our fully renovated 1,200 sq ft townhouse is designed with comfort, style, and convenience in mind—perfect for families, couples, or groups of up to 6.
On the first floor, you’ll find an open-concept living and dining area with cozy seating and a sofa bed for extra guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, from morning coffee to family dinners. A full laundry room is also available for your convenience.
The second floor features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, offering a restful retreat after a day at the beach. Each room is designed for comfort, with fresh linens, ample storage, and thoughtful touches to make you feel at home.
Step outside and you’ll discover that you’re right in the heart of Hilton Head Island. The Sea Turtle Marketplace is just next door with grocery stores, restaurants, and even a Dunkin’ Donuts for your morning coffee. Burkes and Bradley Beach are only 5 minutes away, so you can enjoy sand, sun, and ocean breezes in no time.
As a guest, you’ll also have access to the onsite pool, making it easy to cool off and relax between beach outings.
Whether you’re cooking in the kitchen, strolling to nearby shops, catching a movie, or spending the day on Hilton Head’s world-class beaches, our townhouse is perfectly placed for it all. We’ve taken care of every detail so that all you have to do is relax, explore, and create unforgettable memories.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with a $25 per pet, per night fee.
Please register your pets upon arrival at the office, located at the back of the complex near the swimming pool.
If pets are not registered, the onsite manager may issue a fine.
Pets must always wear a collar with a current rabies vaccination tag and be accompanied by a responsible individual when outside your unit.
Parking
Each reservation includes parking for up to 2 cars.
Please park in the space that matches your unit number.
Parking passes will be provided on the kitchen table—place them on your windshield during your stay.
Be sure to return the passes to the kitchen table at checkout to avoid replacement fees.
We understand that travel plans can vary, so we offer the possibility of Early check-in, Late check-out, and Early bag drop, all of these are subjected to availability to better suit your schedule. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly remind you that smoking, and hosting parties or events are NOT permitted in our accommodation. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the house rules for a seamless and pleasant stay. Our goal is to provide you with a welcoming and hassle-free experience, and we look forward to making your visit memorable and delightful!
HOST WORKING HOURS AND CHECK-IN TIME:
RESERVATION POLICIES:
1 - Door codes are always shared at 4 PM. The check-in time frame is from 4 PM-11 PM anytime after that would be considered a violation of our rules
2 - Early check-in, Late check-out, and Early bag drop are subject to availability
3 - Door codes will not be shared if the incidentals deposit of $300 and registration form are still pending.
4 - Deposit is released 3-7days after the original check-out date
5 - All complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in.
6 - All departures must be reported immediately to the host.
7 - All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (10 AM), changes can not be made after 10 AM as per the platform's policies.
8 - If you need an early departure, please submit an alteration request so it can easily be approved.
9 - No courtesy refunds are provided.
10 - If you want to coordinate any amenities, please make sure to inform the host 24 hours in advance (4 PM-12 AM).
12 - Extra cleanings, if applicable, should be arranged 24 hours in advance and before 10 AM each day.
13 - INCIDENTAL DEPOSITS POLICY:
The amount of the Incidentals fee hold after booking is $200. As an API software connected Host, we are entitled to ask for a preventive fee in case of damages with the usage of a 3rd party. Airbnb's policy, see here: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/140
In situations where the damages exceed the amount of the deposit, we will turn to the resolution center to address the liability for these damages. Through this process, Airbnb may either charge the cost to your card or apply AirCover for resolution.
14 - REGISTRATION POLICY
Registration is a mandatory step after booking, requiring the submission of IDs for all guests under the reservation. and even will ask you to scan your credit card. - It's crucial to complete both links accurately (Deposit and registration); failing to do so will result in the termination of your reservation with no possibility to refunds.
15 - CITY PENALTIES: The guest will bear full responsibility for any city-imposed penalties directly related to their stay, if applicable, plus any damages and a 20% extra of the total as compensation to the host, these additional 20% will be allocated toward a neighborhood compensation plan.
Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification via a third party app called Truvi.
You will also be given the choice between paying a REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT or buying a NON-REFUNDABLE DAMAGE WAIVER. We suggest you buy the deposit as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. The deposit takes up to 7 days to be refunded.

Airbnb Guideline: ''Hosts aren’t allowed to charge guests a security deposit through our Resolution Center or outside the Airbnb platform, There is one exception: Hosts who manage their listings with API-connected software can set a security deposit using our offline fees feature. Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit.
Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
$250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :)
Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you
Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.
