Shipyard Plantation is a gated community in an ideal location. You can walk or bike to the beach or use your free parking pass if you wish to drive. The Sonesta hotel at the beach has a restaurant and snack bar. The Van Der Meer Racquet Club (professional grade tennis academy) and Shipyard Golf Club (rated as one of the finest layouts on the PGA Tour) are minutes away by car as well as movie theaters, shopping, and restaurants galore.

Hilton Head Island is one of the more exclusive and beautiful destinations in the east. Miles and miles of bike paths, clean beaches, water sports, fishing and fine dining are only some of the amenities that the island has to offer.

Beautiful beach getaway

We loved staying in this condo! Everything was as written in the description, very clean, owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Beautiful spot a short walk or bike ride from the beach.

Family Vacation 2019

Just the family vacation we were looking for very relaxing and quite. Darling Villa close to pool short bike ride or walk to beach as listed. Kitchen had everything you could ask for and more. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Vicki for sharing your Villa with us. We Loved it❣️

Read the fine print. Nice for a couple but not family

We love Colonnade Club and it’s location to everything. We generally use a property management company to book HHI trips. We went with VRBO to rent two units. One was exactly how described but this was not. This was more like an home rental group with owner having lots of personal stuff there and maintaining the property herself. When we arrived we found no toilet paper, one trash bag, one roll of paper towels and several items not as described. The description states flat screen televisions in all rooms. But we found no TV in a bedroom. When we messaged the owner about the TV and toilet paper, we were told they were unaware what the description said that and there is t a TV in every room. The master bedroom closet was locked so the adults had to lay all our stuff out fir the week with no hangers. The queen bed in the living room turned out to be an air mattress in closet that has a leak and would not stay inflated. So “We” were off to local retail store to buy an air mattress to make the unit actually sleep 6 as described. You need two strong adults to move all the heavy furniture in living room to make room for the mattress. This unit would be best for a couple or maybe 4 max. It is not set up for the six persons it describes unless everyone is going to share TV, beds, and closets. It was clean but you need to stop at Store and get extra toilet paper and paper towels as there is no management company overseeing quality control. We will continue to stay in Collonade Club, but will pass on future bookings here since it wasn’t set up for commercial rentals.

The property was definitely furnished with everything we needed. The listing didn’t show the condo number, but we contacted the owner and she gave it to us. Super close to the pool and a 10 minute walk to the beach near Sonesta Resort.

Charming and Comfortable!

Vicki’s recently renovated condo in Shipyard is a gem. It is in a great location with an easy walk to the beach and the Sonesta Hotel. The unit is spacious and beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and many well thought out amenities. The appliances are all recent while the kitchen is extremely well furnished. Vicki is excellent about responding to messages and answering any questions. Our stay has been delightful and we plan to return..

A perfect week in HHI!

We had an absolute blast this week!! The condo is gorgeous and clean and very well thought out. Every kitchen gadget you’ll ever need, a stocked Coffee bar, high-end pots and pans, all beautifully laid out and coordinated. We had a short bike ride to the beach and were right next to the pool/jaccuzi. The beds were comfortable and sleep was easy! Ms. B was very quick in her responses to any questions we had and we have already booked her condo for next year! Highly recommend!
