Read the fine print. Nice for a couple but not family
We love Colonnade Club and it’s location to everything. We generally use a property management company to book HHI trips. We went with VRBO to rent two units. One was exactly how described but this was not. This was more like an home rental group with owner having lots of personal stuff there and maintaining the property herself.
When we arrived we found no toilet paper, one trash bag, one roll of paper towels and several items not as described. The description states flat screen televisions in all rooms. But we found no TV in a bedroom. When we messaged the owner about the TV and toilet paper, we were told they were unaware what the description said that and there is t a TV in every room.
The master bedroom closet was locked so the adults had to lay all our stuff out fir the week with no hangers. The queen bed in the living room turned out to be an air mattress in closet that has a leak and would not stay inflated. So “We” were off to local retail store to buy an air mattress to make the unit actually sleep 6 as described.
You need two strong adults to move all the heavy furniture in living room to make room for the mattress.
This unit would be best for a couple or maybe 4 max. It is not set up for the six persons it describes unless everyone is going to share TV, beds, and closets.
It was clean but you need to stop at Store and get extra toilet paper and paper towels as there is no management company overseeing quality control.
We will continue to stay in Collonade Club, but will pass on future bookings here since it wasn’t set up for commercial rentals.
