「The property is large, well managed, and sits in an excellent location with lovely views of Bhimtal Lake. The staff were polite and trustworthy, special thanks to Deepak and Kripal, who went above and beyond. Kripal’s cooking was a highlights everyone in our group enjoyed the meals. A few areas could use attention - bathroom fixtures need repair, several rugs are stained and should be replaced, and some furniture is dated and requires maintenance or renewal.」

「The Positives: The property is in an excellent location, situated right in front of the lake. We stayed in the 1 BHK apartments, which were very clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The food was another highlight—everything we ordered was delicious, and the portion sizes were quite generous. The Concern: The only major drawback is that the property is located at a significant height. Since there are only stairs available, it is quite difficult for elderly people or those with mobility issues...

"Breakfast spread was great, service and hospitality was top notch. Property is good too and has a gym, sauna, steam and pool too which is great. Rooms are fine. We had an issue with the smell coming from the drainage throughout the stay but other than that it was good. They did try to fix it but wasnt able to. "
