"What an unexpectedly seamless stay! There was a shuttle bus that met us at the Shinkansen station that took us to the Onsen. When we arrived, we were ushered to a comfortable lobby for check-in. The bellman showed us the entire hotel and onsen, and walked us through our kimonos and slippers. Lovely breakfast, lovely rooms, lovely Onsen... and another free shuttle back to the Shinkansen station. We will definitely return! "

"We had most wonderful time there. It’s different one of the most special experiences we had. We had panoramic views of the bay from our room and amazing omakase dinner with unlimited alcohol included. We also loved the beautiful minimal design and amazing hospitality from the stuff. Lastly, don’t miss the dolphin cruise! We had the most closeup encounters with wild dolphins. It was definitely a cherry-on-top experience for the whole trip. "

"Hôtel is very well located, near to the JR Kanazawa Station, many shopping and eateries nearby. The hotel has a special touch by offering in-house guests « happy hour » from 11am - 8pm. The amenities offered at lobby was sufficient but not as extensive as some other hotels I have been in Japan. The room I stayed in was super spacious and well equipped for 2 persons. "
