“Great stay overall. New hotel with stunning landscape. The rooftop onsen is amazing, strongly recommend to go. Hotel locates right on top of a new mall, various shops and restaurants around. Very convinience.
Just one thing about the cleaniness of the house keeping which i concerned. There are 2 options for room keeping service: 1. Simple cleaning, 2. Full Cleaning. I feel quite upset that no matter which options I chose, the glasses nor the cups did not clean or change for me. The coffee stain……

“The staffs are really nice and good at English. They upgraded me to a high level as I am going for honeymoon. Super kind and fancy hotel. Very convenient to go Mtr and many shopping places nearby ranging to high end to 100yen shops. Love this hotel a lot.”
