"Property was very clean. Area, though not residential, felt safe. The house was much smaller & older than expected. Difficult to find. Helped by friendly people in area. TV only had Japanese channels; does have hdmi hookups; bring cables. 3rd bedroom is also common area, so not functional as both if someone has to use it as a bedroom.
