“Unable to contact them. No response to any messages. The email they sent didn't have a password, so we couldn't check in. If it weren't for other guests staying at our other house, we would have had to stay in our car. They said they also waited an hour yesterday. When we called customer service, she only spoke Japanese and disconnected as soon as she heard English. If you think this is acceptable, you can check in.”

“Wonderful Stay in Hakone!
The property is in a super convenient location, just a short walk to Hakone Yumoto shopping street, with two convenience stores nearby. There’s also a parking space available. The property itself is new, clean, and well-organized, with a cozy modern Japanese design that makes you feel instantly relaxed. Facilities are excellent, including a Dyson hairdryer and a Bruno hot pot cooker. If you’d like to have a BBQ, just let the host know in advance. The host is very……
