Hotel is fantastic. Location is supreme. Bed is comfortable.

Excellent service :)

Room design is cozy and comfortable, clean. Room view to the canal which is very nice. The hotel lift does not require room key to operate, which cause me some safety concern. However we didn't encounter any safety issue.

Everything is very very good indeed. However, when I want to ask for one more lugguage stand, I was told that one per room only. I have booked connecting room, it is obvious that I have more than 2, but staff is unwilling to help.

Very nice! Modern and clean, good location. The room is big enough! Good value of money and two free drinks to the rooftop bar

Close to Hiroshima Station. Efficient & helpful staff Breakfast is very minimal, with 3 kinds of soup, triangular rice balls & limited choices of bread but that’s enough to feed up for a morning

Hotel rooms are clean and tidy, staffs are very helpful and friendly.
