"Overall it was a nice property. However, be aware that if you stay in one of the off site condos, you will not have the same access to amenities as you would on the main resort. Parking was a little bit sketchy as it is a parking agreement with a competing resort, and if you lose your spot to one of their guests, you are simply out of luck."

"the property is exactly inline with the description on Vrbo. It is a very easy 5 minute drive into central historic Cape May. It is a peaceful, quiet neighborhood so you can enjoy Cape May during the day and then escape the crowds at the end of the day. Whoever installed the HVAC and infrastructure at the property did a great job. Air conditioning cooled and removed humidity quickly and we had great hot water for showers. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. This property is a mother in law apartment attached to a single family home so the host lives on the premises. Some people like that, some don't, but we had full privacy at all times. The mattress on the bed was of good quality and comfortable. The furnishings, appliances all appeared to be reasonably new and in good condition. The only things lacking were a dishwasher and an outdoor gas grill accessible to renters. There is a nice large deck available that we did not use because we didn't want to disturb the host since several main house patio doors also share the deck."
