"The location was perfect. The room was clean and efficient. The bed was very comfortable. I wish I had read more carefully about the stairs. There were four steep and narrow fights. They were a bit much for us but we are in our 60’s with artificial hips."

It is the 2nd time i am confronted with a non-working bathroom sink. i have been a customer to this Residence for over 15 years. Breakfast used to be much better with a person in attendance to cook eggs to one's specifications. All these aminities have disappeared."

"The hotel is beautiful - sleek and chic! Great location and stellar staff. The rooftop bar and restaurant is my favorite place in Charlottesville. (The gluten-free pizza is FANTASTIC!). The rooms are nice, but there was mildew on the shower walls the last 2 times we stayed there. The gym has some broken equipment, but that won't stop us from coming back! The best value in the area. "

"Excellent, clean, and beautiful property. Great house for a girls’ weekend. Walkable to downtown for shopping. Plenty of room for the 6 of us and the house was well-equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend!"
