「My husband and I stay at this location frequently so I wasn’t expecting the customer service I received at check in. The clerks are normally very professional and pleasant. We were shocked and very disappointed with the young lady. She was talk and laughing with the other clerk while processing our stay. She didn’t even tell me the room number or that I had courtesy breakfast. There are certain things customers look for at checkin and details are #1. 」

「Karen was absolutely wonderful! I had several questions and she responded within just a few moments. The place was immaculate, cozy it felt like it was a home away from home. Very close to anything you could possibly need and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The bed was so comfortable that I found out the type of mattress and I’ll be buying one.
