“Very quiet street location, room was a little dated but did the trick, the AC is cold but loud, so prepare for that as they are just small window units. The water pressure is horrible, took 5 minutes just to get the water hot. Old school lock and keys, nothing electronic in this place, Breakfast was fresh fruit and some bagels and some pretty decent coffee. There is very little parking so don't drive, you don't need a car anyway, we walked everywhere and there are bikes to rent if you need to……

“The property was in a good location and the rooms were visibly clean. We had issues with the lack of privacy- the first couple rooms are right by the entrance and where breakfast is set up. The breakfast was right along the wall of our room so we could hear guests early in the morning. Also for the price the bathrooms are quite small and very outdated, could use a renovation. The staff was lovely and did their best to be accommodating.”

“We enjoyed the beach-pool area with restaurant and bar adjacent. We rented bikes from next door and road to a concert at the island amphitheater. The only minor suggestion would be to change the drawer and cupboard hardware. They were really difficult to open.”

“The courtyard was beautiful and relaxing especially at night. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Being able to have breakfast on site was a nice way to start the morning at a slower pace. It was a bit noisy but that is to be expected based on the location. ”

“Lovely older inn with charm and great location to walk around Key West. Virtual staff very responsive. Pool was closed for renovation just after our arrival, although pool area is very small. Rooms are good size, however could use some refreshing. Our room had a private patio, which we did not use because it was creepy and not very clean. Suggestion to add seating area in room, ours had the space but only 1 wicker chair. With the charm of the older inn you also get thin walls 😂. Overall……

“The property is right in the middle of Duvall Street making it a great place to stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool was nice but there is limited space around it. Our only complaint was the proximity of our room to the elevator the staff uses to access the upper floors - every time they got on it they slammed the door which rattled our bedroom door and woke us up. I would still recommend the hotel to anyone. ”
