Charming guest house with pool in quiet residential section. Walking distance to everything. Helpful staff. Breakfast included. Fruit and water available in lobby. At least one nonresident spot for parking.

When we checked in, Roman made us feel like we were home! He was absolutely wonderful. The room was nearly perfect for us. Great breakfast. Great location in walking distance to the marina, Mallory Square, and Duval. Many great restaurants and shops nearby. The pool needed attention and our bathroom was pretty small. But te bed and pillows were amazing. Would definitely stay the again!

Very quiet street location, room was a little dated but did the trick, the AC is cold but loud, so prepare for that as they are just small window units. The water pressure is horrible, took 5 minutes just to get the water hot. Old school lock and keys, nothing electronic in this place, Breakfast was fresh fruit and some bagels and some pretty decent coffee. There is very little parking so don't drive, you don't need a car anyway, we walked everywhere and there are bikes to rent if you need to get anywhere quicker. For the price of the room you get what you pay for, if you want better you will need to go and spend twice as much at some other place

Great location to harbor, shopping, restaurants. Adequate continental breakfast & fruit available but no coffee or tea service offered after 10 am. Nice pool with towels & outdoor sitting areas. Friendly staff but not intrusive. Via Expedia, we booked a king bed suite. Our area happened to be room #16 at the end of Heron Court. Nice for privacy and access to pool but did not expect that the bedroom & bath would be upstairs in a loft area. Stairs were very steep and loft and bath area confining for 2 people of which one is 6’5”. Owner needs to do a lot of work upstairs: floor is uneven and broken floor tiles. Would be easy to trip and fall. So, these are things the normal hotel staff cannot fix on their own. Downstairs living area was very nice and had 2 entrances: 1 to pool area and 1 to a private porch on a private lane. Final negative-upstairs cooled by. 2 window air units, downstairs with 1. No central a/c. So pretty noisy all of the time. Overall, very good stay but would definitely request another room should we return.

We enjoyed having the pool right off of our room. Safe place. Clean. Friendly staff. Rooms need updated with better storage for suitcases, etc. For the price it would have been nice to have a hot breakfast.

The staff was so helpful and kind. We were able to drop our bag off before our room was available and they allowed us to keep it there after we checked out. Walking all over Key West made us tired so we went back and relaxed for an hour outside in the shade while we waited for our check-in time on the Key West Express. We’ll go back and stay with them again.

No check on staff after 5 pm. I was 10 min after abd not accommodated because i hadnt let them know. My tour was longer than expected so i missed my window. Took my money though i had no option to stay. Avoid at all costs

Cute room and facility, perfect for a chill Key West trip. As a solo traveler the concierge Roman was extremely helpful and I felt at home during my stay. Location is perfect, you can’t go wrong especially if you rent a bike which I highly recommend because instead of a 20 minute walk it’s a five minute bike ride and you have a lot of freedom getting around Key West and there are plenty of bike lanes. Overall great stay and would recommend.
