「Would not recommend, we showed up at the place and couldn't get in because they had a water leak. They called and said theyd call to let know when its fixed, but never did, mind u we just drove 8 hours. The gentleman we found trying to fix told us the cleaners walked into a puddle of water therefore he honestly said it would take a alot to fis it. We ended up getting a hotel room. The worst part was the owner later emailing asking how we were enjoying the apartment, i believe this was done for...

「I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out...

The unit itself was clean. The double bed was comfortable The communication/check-in/etc. were all ok. Cons: On-street parking is challenging. The property is in an old building and it shows. The unit has been painted, but it still felt very run-down. Common/Entry hallway smelled of tobacco ... 」
