Typical narrow viet hotel with rooftop pool. Good value for money, modern, clean rooms and standard amenties. Excellent location within little Tokyo - lots of dining options and coffee shops near by. 5-10 min walk to the main drag and attractions (however the food options ect there are not as good as around the hotel). We recommend 5ku station as a fun busy local spot for Vietnamese outdoor bbq and the old compass for great tours

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my visit. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff truly made me feel valued as a guest. And let's talk about the buffet – it was outstanding! The variety and quality of food options were impressive, catering to every palate. From fresh fruits to delectable desserts, there was something for everyone. Plus, the presentation and cleanliness of the buffet area were impeccable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff and delightful buffet experience. Can't wait to visit again!

朝食も施設もとても良かったです！お風呂も暖かいお湯がでますし、トイレもウォシュレットつき、屋上にすごく小さいプールと、ストーンのついたサウナがありました。受付の方が荷物を預かってくれ、最終日も有意義に過ごせました。朝食はいろんな種類がありましたし、こどもも楽しめました。 受付の女性以外はとくににこやかな感じはありませんでしたが、真摯なイメージでお世話になりました。ベトナムの方はタイの方と比べて微笑みませんが、親切な方が多いです。 ひとつだけ、お風呂の水はけが悪く、水が溜まってシャンプーが流れず靴がペッタンペッタンとなるほどにベタベタしていました。そこだけは気になりましたがとてもいいホテルだったと思います。

Mostly good, some bad.
The hotel was in a good location. I've stayed in this area before and it's good. The hotel itself was a bit challenging. First of all, the loft style sleeping area is down right dangerous. You have to hunch over to walk which o understand but getting up and down the stairs feels unsafe. Doing this at night in the dark if you need the bathroom which is down stairs was a huge hassle. Maybe not for a night but anything longer than a night you are gonna hate the loft. The other issue was that I booked a city view room. The "view" was the stairwell not any sort of view at all. I talked with the hotel staff and they said another guest was staying a long time so I had to get a non-citu view room. I booked this room months in advance. Basically was told too bad. I booked a city view room because I didn't want to have a room without any outside windows but my room had no windows to the outside. Really disappointed about that. Not happy about how the hotel seemed unconcerned about my disappointment.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, Cherry Boutique Hotel zu übernachten, und möchte meine Erfahrung teilen. Leider war mein Aufenthalt nicht so angenehm, wie ich es mir erhofft hatte. Zunächst einmal gibt es im Hotel zwei Zimmer mit derselben Bezeichnung. Allerdings besteht zwischen diesen Zimmern ein erheblicher Unterschied in der Ausstattung und dem Komfort. Ein Zimmer war eine wahre Augenweide mit einer Maisonette-Anordnung und sogar einer frei stehenden Badewanne mitten im Zimmer. Das andere Zimmer hingegen war eher standardmäßig eingerichtet. Leider wurde auf der Hotelwebsite oder bei der Buchung nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass es solche Unterschiede gibt. Als ich an der Rezeption nachfragte, ob ich in das schönere Zimmer wechseln könne, wurde mir bedauerlicherweise mitgeteilt, dass alle Zimmer ausgebucht seien, und es gab keine Alternative. Ein weiteres Problem war, dass während meines Aufenthalts kein warmes Wasser verfügbar war. Dies war äußerst unangenehm, da ich mich nicht erfrischen konnte, wie es nötig gewesen wäre. Darüber hinaus hatten wir am selben Abend den Manager kontaktiert und um ein Gespräch gebeten. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass er am nächsten Morgen zur Verfügung stehen würde. Als ich wie abgemacht am nächsten Morgen hinunterging, wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass der Manager an diesem Tag nicht im Hotel war, was zu weiteren Unannehmlichkeiten führte.

But we want to explain that our hotel uses 1 system for all the room in the hotel. So if your room doesn't have hot water, the remaining rooms will not have hot water.And the security checked the water in your room already. They're still always have hot water. And the room you book is Suite room, it's the same price with Suite room you stay now. We're sorry because can't change to the room you like. It depends on room availability, so we're so sorry. The last one, we want to say sorry to you because your bad experience. And we hope you understand our explainaton and sympathize with us.Thank you very much!

Fantastic location and lovely boutique hotel.
We had an amazing stay - great location with very friendly staff. The hotel is right next to ‘Japan Town’, lots of convenient stores nearby and street stall food vendors outside (delicious beef noodles). The decor and style of the hotel was very in line with the locality. Everywhere was walking distance as you’re in the hub of District 1. There’s also a local shopping mall nearby with lots of food options and a supermarket (recommended by the hotel concierge). They also knew we were celebrating our anniversary and gave us a complimentary bottle of Vietnamese red wine to celebrate. We loved our stay!

Excellent staff. They have a 24 hours reception with a very well mannered staff, always ready to help at anytime. We requested our rooms to be cleaned while we were out, they were super quick. Also a good balance of breakfast, meat and veggies are proportionate and they refill it in a timely manner. The location is at the center, in an area surrounded by restaurants, and the price for the 2 nights we stayed was very affordable. 11/10

A fairly good hotel but the breakfast needs to be
The Cherry Boutique Hotel, is a typical narrow fronted Vietnamese hotel, centrally located in the Japanese area of HCMC, occupying 7 floors; the lower floor being the reception area which you walk down a flight of steps to, the next floor the breakfast room, and with five floors of bedrooms above. We chose a luxury room which was on the 7th floor. Our room was split-level with the lounge area and bathroom, with a jacuzzi bath as well as a shower on the lower level, and the bed being on the upper mezzanine level. The only downside to this arrangement was that there was only about 4ft 6inches of headroom on the upper level, which meant that I had to remember not to stand upright whilst going to, or getting out of bed. Having said this it was, all in all, a great room to occupy. It was kept spotlessly clean with fresh linen every day. The breakfast was a little disappointing in that there was not a great variety on offer, and I think that this is something they need to address. The front of house staff, Yen and Bang, were most helpful and pointed us in the right directions for out trips around the city.
