Great Location.

Really good hotel right in the centre of the Old Town. Great cafes, restaurants and bars near by. Lovely, helpful staff and a very good breakfast. Well recommended if staying in Hanoi.

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are exceptionally clean with great amenities. All the staff were absolutely wonderful and made our stay so memorable. The breakfast was included in our package and offered a lovely variety of Asian and western options. Highly recommended.

In a good position, very busy area, plenty of places to eat. The room was a little small for 3 adults, only there for 4 nights so made the best of it. Breakfast could have been a little better as well. But all in all really enjoyed it

Highly recommend this hotel! The service was excellent, especially Kathy helped us a lot with planning our next trips, organized cheap SIM cards, transfers and a lot more. The hotel is located perfectly so we could explore hanoi easily by feet. We would definitely book again :)

Comfortable stay in hectic Hanoi!

We were very comfortable in our three night stay . Room was clean and comfortable . Breakfast was varied and satisfactory in a tastefully designed dining room in the basement . Hotel staff were genuinely helpful . We also ate in the sister hotel Souriant Premier , where food was excellent . Their rooftop bar is also great!

Fantastic hotel and staff

This hotel was located in the middle of Old Town. I was able to walk to see many sights. What really stood out the most was the staff. I cannot emphasize enough how incredibly kind and helpful they were in every aspect. My stay included breakfast which was one of the best so far on my four month vacation. But just one more time - excellent staff!!
