very clean and nice, let us check in in the morning as we were leaving that same evening.
no hot water... or maybe slow, I don't know, and wifi was mediocre

Good but could be improved
Like a rollercoaster…few aspects great and major aspects bad. Ill start with the bad then end on a good note. This is room 703. Bad… 1. Be prepared to share the safe key with other guests. 2. If you open your window, be prepared to be on show with passers by as the window opens to the hall. 3. You can hear noise from other rooms especially upstairs and karaoke from outside. 4. Shower head nearly caused me an head injury as it totally jumped off from its pipe. 5. Staff can raise their voice out of frustration as they can’t explain themselves when challenged about the defects. Could be language barrier. Good…. 1. Staff tried their best to be very apologetic and very prompt to answer requests. 2. Location is excellent as it’s close to the main market. 3. Price is also very good considering that it’s in District 1. 4. The room is reasonably sized and clean but no coffees or teas…just water.

Room was very small and it different from the photos. The lift go up to level 9 only and i have to climb the stairs to level 10 which they assigned my room. Toilet have a really bad smell and the walls are thin which you can hear the staff talking very loud. When its rain, it was so loud that i though the roof is going to fall. Overall very bad experience as i cant sleep well throughout the night. Do not recommend to book the room although the price is reasonable.
