"Really lovely hotel- the staff were all so friendly and extremely helpful. We felt very well looked after. Two bedroom suite was absolutely wonderful with great views, two balconies, a lounge and a kitchenette. Really useful having a washing machine in the kitchenette too- there was even an ironing board and iron, and even a set of bathroom weighing scales which was useful for weighing our suitcases at the end of our holiday! The breakfast was outstanding with a huge range of Western and Asian cuisine which changed slightly each day. Great swimming in the sea opposite- the hotel provided convenient shade in the afternoon! Roof pool and bar were lovely too. "
"My stay at the Wyndham Danang Golden Bay was absolutely fantastic, and a large part of that was thanks to the phenomenal service. The hotel itself is beautiful, with large, clean rooms and stunning views.
I want to especially commend a few staff members for their exceptional efforts:
* Ms. Becky (Concierge): Ms. Becky went above and beyond to ensure our trip was smooth. She not only arranged transportation but also patiently helped us with practical tasks like installing a local SIM card, setting up the Grab app, and recommending various local attractions.
* Ms. Emma: Her translation assistance was invaluable for our travel needs, making our journey much easier.
* Ms. Tee: Her thoughtful and attentive service at the reception and during our meals was a true highlight of our stay.
This was a truly wonderful vacation, and the staff's dedication is why I highly recommend this hotel and give it a well-deserved 5-star rating.
