“我訂的是有露台的家庭房，原以為靠近海邊，可以在露台欣賞美麗的海岸線，但環境充滿漁獲的腥臭味，房間整潔度不佳，提供的浴巾破損髒污。 我的房型有包含免費的mini bar，退房後我們的車來了，櫃檯突然大聲叫住我們，要求我們mini bar要付費，我們澄清後站在原處等候服務人員花很長的時間確認後才放我們走，而計程車也只能在門口等我們，服務人員連我們享有什麼待遇都不明白，彷彿我們白吃白喝一樣，非常不受尊重。 飯店前的台階很高，完全沒有人協助搬運行李，很不友善的飯店，絕對不建議大家來住。”

“We had a great time at Son trà resort, beautiful beach and the Villa, staffs were friendly, our Villa was spacious, clean room excepted the toilet needed better job of cleaning around toilet seats. I was disappointed the most was my Niece she only twelve years old but the son trà resort considering that my twelve years old niece an adult so we had to paid extra $900.000 for my brother to stay overnight.”

“The floor in the room was wet and it smelt. There was a cockroach on the bed. We arrived at 11pm. They said they had no more rooms but we could cancel and get a full refund. Still haven’t received the money. Expedia were useless, no help, no support. Just an AI bot talking in circles. From sitting in the lobby for half an hour looking for somewhere else to stay, my impression was that everyone staying there was a drunk teenager. Avoid this place”

“Staff are lovely. Doesn’t have anywhere to put your stuff. Photos are very out dated. Not the cleanest of places but I don’t care as long as I have somewhere to rest my head. ”

“We stayed two weeks in the Ania beach side hotel. The room was clean, private, quiet and we had ocean view. Air conditioning came very handy and a floor standing fan. Staff were amazing, attentive and communicative. Room had fridge, electric kettle, microwave and some dishes and utensils. There is also shared kitchen on the main floor in case you need extra pieces of dishes. Location was great. Two blocks from the beach and also tons of restaurants and convenience stores were in the vicinity.……

Roof top terrace offers a terrific 360-degree view of the surrounding, with distant views of mountains/sea 3. Extra perks like free laundry detergent, fabric softener, bottled water and toothbrush are available from reception. Also provides basic cutleries, crockery, pot/pan, single induction stove, dish washing liquid, hairdryer, shampoo+ shower……
