"Room didn’t seem clean. There was about 10 empty water bottles left in the room from a previous guest. Bed was rock hard. Hot water didn’t work in shower. Staff weren’t very welcoming they were asleep most of the time on the bench. Expensive for what we got! Hour + walk from the main tourist area"

All reviews were noticed and listened so I can say staffs were excellent at handling customer. The long waiting of elevator is the key that affects the most when staying here comfortably. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great breakfast menu and great staffs like Thuy, Xuan and other securities always welcome us. "
