“We arrived at 6:15 PM for a 4PM check in, which we had confirmed prior. After a day of exploring the coast, we wanted nothing more than to shower and then have dinner. Too or dismay, our room was not ready. When I confirmed that our check in was 4 the response was .yes, but we are very busy. Not acceptable. Time in our oceanfront room was cut short. “Really nice hotel in a great location. The rooms were spacious and I loved having a suite. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
I had an upstairs suite and it was perfect- it was surrounded by trees with a few of the river in the distance. I could keep the windows open and still maintain privacy while being blissfully quiet outside.
I stayed for 5 days and it was the perfect home base for my trip. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Florence.”
