“The room had not been vacuumed, and old sock was under the sink, and the shower curtain was filthy. There were stains on the carpet in the rooms as well as through out the hallways and common areas.”

“All of the stuff were incredibly nice and helpful. Everyone I passed said good morning good day every time. The breakfast was okay the Omelette bar was exactly as I ordered so that's really good. The hotel is older so there were stains on the ceiling but the rooms were clean. However there was a really odd smell in the room again rooms are super clean the hotel was cleaning the staff were really nice the breakfast was good but the hotel room had a weird smell”

“This hotel offers a traditional experience, with a complementary happy hour and delicious breakfast. All the rooms have lots of space and are very comfortable. One thing to keep in mind is that it is an older property and you can tell. While the building is definitely due for some updates, the helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism of the staff makes up for that. This is the only place I will stay in Lubbock!”

“All three rooms that they tried to put us in smelt gross! Nothing worked and they won’t refund us even though we didn’t stay there.”

“Typical foreign owned and operated. Outside fence perimeter fallen down. This Hot day, 100 degrees outside. When you go in the checkout it’s hot, and stuffy, have to wipe the sweat out of your eyes to sign in. Attendant was super nice. I told my buddy, I bet the ice machine doesn’t work here. We walk down to elevator and passed the ice machine. It had a sheet sign that said ice machine out of service. Then we get to the room.. hot stuffy. A/C set on 61 degrees. We call desk report……

“Great location, lots of parking, room was clean and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay.”

“Indoor pool only, the area and the water were filthy. Breakfast was just ok, but there was no coffee - we had to go somewhere else to grab coffee and we preferred to skip breakfast at the hotel on the 2nd day of our stay. 10-min drive from TTU. I'd rather stay closer.”
