“Moving forward we will be staying across the street at the Hyatt. Tons of dust in our room. One box of tissues and a few tv stations and big delay changing channels to boot. You also cannot close ur snack store all the tine and fir second stay in a row ur back doors are locked and had to walk all the to front. And not all of us want a ton of spice on our steaks!! Room 1104”

“Requested room to be cleaned and freshened up with towels, coffee, drinking glasses. They said they would but did not. Had to go down at 11:00pm to get items. Otherwise it was fine. Btw…we were there for a concert so was charged 1100.00 for a 2 night stay. Regular price around 140.00 per night..”

“The Hotel is old, other than that it was nice. The bar was great, the food was good, most staff was good, the pool is very small, but good.”

“Staff was great, rooms clean! Parking was not the greatest if you are in a truck but worked with some Austin Powers moves.”

“I normally try and be fair about reviews but this hotel was awful. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our luggage up to 3rd floor. The room was dirty and didn’t seem to have been cleaned very well. The shower tub was peeling and had a disgusting rubber mat over it to hide the peeling. The sink and toilet area was dirty and dated. The AC for the room worked poorly so we were hot or cold all night. It was truly a disgusting experience!”

“I just left this Hotel, I cannot stay there after my long driving. The room is much different and awful than the pictures those display in Expedia App, also including some smelling, a kind of moldy air.”

“Not recommended . Seems this place is abandoned. Room smelled very bad . We didn't stay . Got a Days inn 10 min away in much better conditions.”

“Room was impressively clean but the road noise was equally impressive. Wow. Most disappointing was when hotel clerk broke the cardinal rule of announcing our room number out loud to the other person in the small check-in area. Then when we reached the room, the security locking feature on the door did not work. Unacceptable. She did agree to move us to another room. There is absolutely nothing around this place and if you don’t have transportation ordering pizza seems to be the only option. ”

“The website says there are two pools , one for adults and one for children. There was only one pool and it was 2 feet deep. The website also states that there was is a bar but it was closed and when I asked the staff, she said it’s never been open. The restrooms by the check in area were dirty and they had no toilet paper. We were very disappointed because we had our grandchildren with us and had hoped to have a great weekend with them. We had no plans to leave the hotel and enjoy the time with……

“Breakfast menu was great, but not the warmest. We were on the 1st floor and could hear all the walking above us which was annoying. We had the jacuzzi suite and it was nice. Parking was cool, just had to watch the birds outside. Overall it was ok. ”
