"Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious and needed for orientation to move items around and all the swag we were collecting. It was easy to reach the school, plenty of food options within walking distance. Ice machines worked. Room was refreshingly cool coming back after being in the heat. Breakfast had good options. Staff was very friendly and room was clean and adequate hot water. Plan to book here again"
"My daughter and I stayed here for Texas Tech orientation. Not only did they shuttle us to/from the airport but they shuttled us to/from wherever we needed to go during our stay. The 3 drivers we met were polite and had cold water to offer us. Lubbock was very hot and we were walking all around campus each day. They had free breakfast every morning starting at 6am and free appetizers and beer every night from 6 to 7pm. The bartender was friendly and helped you watch the time so you wouldn’t forget to get another free drink at 659pm. When we had to check out, they allowed us late check out closer to our departing flight since we had no car and were really exhausted at that point. They also had a gym with convenient hours. The beds were super comfortable and we slept great without loud people and noise. The front staff were awesome and answered any questions we had during our stay. They also have a restaurant and bar in the evenings if you get hungry or want a drink without having to go anywhere. Overall great experience with great service and people!"
"The house was sufficient for our needs. As per the listing, it isn't furnished to be luxurious. The kitchen had two refrigerators - the freezers worked on both, but the fridge only worked on one of them. I had an issue finding the one light switch for the kitchen; I thought the bulbs were out. The manager was prompt to send someone to repair it. Come to find out, the switch for the kitchen was in the living room! Glad it was an easy "fix!" The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. I was disappointed the washing machine didn't work right. It would fill and run a cycle, but at the end of the cycle the garments still had soap residue and smelled dirty. The dryer worked fine. "
