We booked CoCoon Villa on Expedia, and thankfully a couple days before we were supposed to stay there we called to ensure the hotel had not been affected by the flooding. During the call, the villa told us that we did not have a reservation with them, and that they don’t book anything through Expedia… They said that they would send us an email confirming that they did not have a reservation for us, however they never got back to us, never answered our calls or Expedia calls. They basically just fell off the map and never contacted us. Expedia thankfully cancelled the reservation and fully refunded us and was extremely helpful going forward
