「Room amenities not enough Three people staying only 2 water 2 towels no slippers Breakfast food was bad 」

「Clean and near the train station」

「Excellent stay. Services are stunnung.」

「Friendly staff very convenient location 」

「Good: 10 mins. walk to Leeds Station. Check in fast. Room: spacious and neat. Wifi: OK average. Breakfast: various choices. Bad: the pressure of the shower is weak. cannot figure out how to turn on the top shower even tried many times, which the instruction is not clear enough. Bedsheet: some marks, which is not clean enough.」

「Nice big room with plenty of amenities. Lovely bathroom and shower. Breakfast was great and an added bonus. Unfortunately the strong smell of damp dog in the room really spoiled the stay. We didn’t realise dogs are allowed to stay at the property as it isn’t mentioned on the Expedia description. We also had an issue with a water inlet pipe that came loose under the sink which flooded the kitchen floor.」
