We had a fabulous time at The Coral Reef Club , from The amazing Food , Beautiful accommodation to a wonderful staff , the accommodate your every Wim , so attentive and pleasant. Every spot at the beach is great . Water sports included . I would ask for a meal plan we were unaware of it and it does save money , especially since there’s just one restaurant for whole Place . They have nightly entertainment which was awesome . Staying in a Villa makes you really feel the Vibe of Barbados unlike the traditional hotels in the Caribbean . It’s not as loud or Busy and that’s the Vibe we were looking for . Would definitely come Back .

Anniversary delight - everything we needed :-)

My wife and I enjoyed the most relaxing and superb holiday of our lives at the Coral Reef Club. Its slightly clubby atmosphere may not suit everyone but this is completely overwhelmed by the excellent service, wonderful location, beautiful and spacious gardens, and a vibe where you can truly relax. Unlike many other hotels on this preferred side of the island, the CRC has a relatively small number of individually-named rooms. The fact that it's been owned and conspicuously run by the same family (who live on-site) for the past 65 years means a level of care that goes beyond the usual 'commercial'. There are a very large proportion of returning retirees. We came here for two weeks to relax together and 'get away from it all'. We certainly achieved this and plan to return again next year.

Coral Reef Club is highly influenced by the English lifestyle. Caters to the older British couples. Male dress restrictions for dining (breakfast / lunch no sleeveless t shirts; dinner no t-shirts, shirts with collars required. Amenities showing age. My a/c broke down, worn mattresses caused back ache even when feather top was removed. House keeping services, with no prior notice, are extra charges.

Coral Reef offers a uniquely beautiful garden setting with a sea and beach border. To glance in any direction in any of those settings, is to see beauty. The elegant and welcoming main building and scattered cottages and garden rooms sit comfortably and gloriously within the garden and beach areas. All ones needs are absorbed by the attention of a myriad of gentle, characterful and super efficient staff and underpinned by the ever present attention of the family owners. Paradise on earth.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Any room is a good room. Island is expensive for food, including the property, complementary breakfast is okay. Lunches and dinners were excellent. Service was superior from the cleaning to the waitstaff to the beach attendants. We would definitely stay here again. Key thing to note is the expense of taxis.

Wonderful charming with an eye for detail

Absolutely fabulous from the minute we arrived until we left. The staff are all lovely with special thanks to karishma for wonderful greeting and so much information all with both professionalism and a big smile , Dwayne for excellent service in the restaurant and the most amazing laugh , and Akeem who worked on the beach area where nothing was too much trouble , such a pleasant young man with a big smile. Our room was wonderful with sea views but quiet and private. Just perfect.

Amazing stay

The hotel and the team at the hotel were amazing. Tye promote being family friendly but they really do go above and beyond which as a parent makes the stay so easy. They prepared specially made meals for our little one for lunch and dinner and nothing was to much trouble. The room was spacious and well thought out. Everyone was amazing and they all made our holiday.

We had a wonderful 5 days at Coral Reef. The setting is stunning with beautiful gardens and beachfront. Our room was spacious and combined elegant decor with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. All the hotel and water sport staff were really friendly and helpful without ever being intrusive. We really enjoyed the included tennis and sailing. This was the perfect way to finish our first trip to Barbados. We would love to return in the future.
