“I reserved a room earlier but arrived late and ended up with the last room available. One of the bathroom fixtures was broken, and they said they would move me to another room, but none were available. The back entry area was pretty dirty, but there were a lot of construction workers registered on the night I was there, so that was to be expected. There wasn't a manual for the television listings. All in all, it was a comfortable room at a reasonable price, and the front desk staff was helpful……

“This place has so much potential. All it needs is a (major) upgrade. New carpet, a thorough clean up, some better laundry detergent.
Great staff, great location, it's quiet, I liked the layout of the room, ample parking.”

“We will never stay here again. We booked this because casino's typically have great restaurants. My husband resorted to a hot dog for dinner. :(
I've never stayed at a casino before. (I've never even bought a lottery ticket and had no interest in the "casino" part of the hotel.
It was a very strange and uncomfortable setting.”

“The area is very dangerous and poor condition.
Part of the hotel a huge portion is destroyed
Hotel is extremely dirty, very rundown, and should not be open.
This hotel would not accept credit cards they do not have a computer system or a reservation system
Hotels.com should not be associating with hotels in such poor condition.
I did not stay at this hotel because of its poor condition I found a different hotel and hotels.com had to refund my money!
It was a 3-hour ordeal of the hotel not……
