「Very standard motel 6 room. Basic. sink did drip, which we did put a towel under, and floor under sink area was dirty, but overall room was decent, the beds are always good and we slept well! 」

「No fridge and no hair shampoo , and no hair dryer , need to make the room with the needs prepared, plus the bed so small for two and air is not good inside the room there is no fan or window for the bathroom, price is so expensive for a suck ass motel room never come back to this motel again and parking is not easy 」

「Staff was super nice and helpful. Room is small but perfect as we were just passing thru and needed a stay last minute. Room was nice and clean. Bed was a little hard but I’m also particular to a softer bed, was fine for my partner. All in all great stay and if I ever need a place to stay will come back. 」

「Location right off of the 101 and very close to lots of amenities. Pretty roses and cute fruit trees all over! Looks like the old pool is being converted to a garden. Adorable stray cat on property is very sweet. Owner and his wife were kind and polite. Very very affordable and was close enough to Monterey for our purposes. Right by the 152. Only 20 minutes from Casa de Fruta!」

「I loved staying here! I needed a little vacation for a few days so the Kings Rest was a good pick. The owner man working the front desk was very kind. I had read some reviews before & they had said it was dirty but I don’t agree. It was very clean & my expectations were met. Yes you can hear people but that is only if they’re loud! If you turn on the AC/Heater you’ll be just fine. I would love to stay here again! 」

「Very comfortable housing. Well equipped kitchen. Surroundings/gardens were very nice and well kept. Getting down to and back from the beach was tricky but it was a calm setting.」
