Rooms were big , very clean, your above standard room for a older motel, there’s no extras, your not gonna get happy hour or continental breakfast, but it was nice and quiet,I like the fact that there was a window in front and back of my room, nice breeze could blow through the room,

Great location. 17 minutes from Monterey Bay Aquarium. And about $100 less expensive than other hotels available that night in Monterey. Marina has some great Asian restaurants, including an excellent Thai restaurant two minutes from hotel.

Clean and spacious rooms, clean bedding and bathrooms. It would have been nicer not to have cleaning supplies placed outside our unit, and a door mat would be a good addition as well, but on the whole a safe and quiet place to stay while visiting Seaside or the Monterey area.

Beware! No ac unit in the room! BUT you're a 1/4 mile from the ocean so it's not needed, just open up the windows! Easy check in and out, no issues. Room was clean, beds were ok enough to get a night's rest in. Close to everything, and one exit away from target if you need some last minute or emergency items. About 10-15min from Monterey and 5min away from beach access....Food is also close, I suggest trying Daddy's diner nearby!

The property was old but we'll taken care of. We check in about 315 pm and our room was still not done being cleaned, and we weren't able to get settled in until til about 330. The bed was on a metal frame which was on top of another metal like box, so it made noises everytime we moved. It wasn't too bad, but I won't stay there again.

We arrived to find a hotel and surroundings that resembled nothing like the pictures presented on the website. It sits on a 4 lane highway and next to many noisy commerces. Nothing shown or mentioned in the photos or text on the website. The maid was in the parking lot hanging guest's towels on a laundry line, IN THE PARKING LOT. We did not even want to see the room at that point because how else can a prospective tenant know what they are renting in advance if the photos of that property are so decieving?
