Staff was excellent, helped us with our missing reservation. Room was terrible, very tiny, holes and stains on the walls, paint mismatched and chipping, bed is a mattress on metal frame that moves off frame everyone you get up. The biggest complaint though was the walls are thin, we were sleeping but watched a movie with our neighbor (heard entire movie through walls) , street sounds noisy , heard every car go by, heard people on street talking , yelling , some screaming , also heard people in lobby having conversations , staff members on walkie talkies , all while we were trying to sleep > 11pm . Sleepless night. You get what you pay for , never again .

I booked about 30 minutes before arriving around 11:30PM. When I got there, the front desk was unattended. After waiting and looking around, I saw a clerk and went back to the window. He seemed annoyed and told me there would be an extra $20 charge for checking in late, saying he “is not paid after 11 PM” I explained I had just booked through Expedia and the price shown was all-inclusive, so any fee should have been disclosed upfront. He didn’t respond and simply handed me keys. When I asked where the room was, he vaguely pointed behind him. I eventually found it, opened the door, and there was a man asleep in the bed. I startled him and he jumped up quickly—it appeared to be an older, homeless man. I went back to the front desk and told the clerk someone was already in the room and that I had just walked in on him. His only response was “oh really,” before taking the key and handing me another set with no apology or explanation. When I suggested he should verify rooms before assigning them, he ignored me. The second room was empty, but by that point my wife and I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, worried someone else might be given a key to our room. After about 30 minutes, we decided to leave. The front desk was unattended again when I tried to return the keys. As we were leaving, in the parking lot, we saw what appeared to be the homeless man sleeping in his car with an aggressive dog barking at us. I booked another hotel for 17–18, but after paying, it changed date

Housekeeping staff were welcoming and very friendly. However, the receptionist was terrible at his job and had no idea which room was going to be given to me. Later that evening he and another gentleman walked right in to my room where both my children, my wife and self were already in bed. Horrible experience, will never be back. There again.

I had some high hopes about this place when I booked it. It looked pretty cool with the indoor pool and I know that the area is not too bad. But I’ll tell you when I got there it left a lot to be desired. I’m sure you’re thinking you get what you pay for and this is definitely the case here. When he arrive, the reception area was a disaster. It was being worked on, but they were still using that same space to check people in. The repair guy that was working on the remodel was vibing me out making me feel like I shouldn’t be there and I was checking in. I handed my license and credit card to the attendant and then suddenly another couple came in and said that the room they were just assigned them to had somebody else in it. At this point, my expectations were very low. Once I got to my room, I noticed that it was a 4/10 at best. The bed wasn’t too bad. It was decently clean, but there was some serious problem areas. It looked like somebody had thrown food on the wall and in ceiling and it just wasn’t cleaned properly. The big thing was the smoke alarm was missing from the room, which I believe is illegal and definitely not safe. Parking is somewhat limited because it borders a large apartment building and some other structures in the back. I’d say there is probably 20 spots. I will definitely not stay here ever again. It was funky, could be cleaner and better in total disarray with staff that really didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing.

Yeah, the guy at the front desk was awful. This twerp failed to recognize me from the previous day when I asked him to help me with the computer so I could do an email and he was so rude to me and excuse me people me and my partner are so sorry that we didn’t live up to your standards. We had just been out all day long, hiking taking pictures of the area because we had really like the area had not anymore and we come back to a bunch of poo poo people sitting there drinking their wine, eating their cheese like the biggest snobs I’ve ever seen and they give us a look like we’re so beneath them it’s like screw you and then to have to deal with that twerp at the front desk oh, I’ll never go back to your hotel ever!!!
