We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was well maintained and clean, and everyone at Ward was so accommodating.

Grips

Need to spray unit(s); we had roaches in K & bathroom the first 3 days; we were not notified that a repairman was coming; would have been most disturbing had he come when we were out with our personal belongings lying around, unsecured. The folks upstairs had a young person that ran back & forth for hours (till 11:30 pm one night), jumping, rather uncourteous to their surrounding units.

Great views of the ocean

We have enjoyed staying at Surf . I would prefer to work directly with the owner. Ward realty staff can be rude at times. Otherwise we love the views and location. All the condos we have all stayed in have all you need ,
