“The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything you need and even provided extras if you forgot something like toothbrush's etc. Very close to beach which is a plus for us. Recommend this condo and look forward to going back!”

“Caroline's place was absolutely perfect! The condo was well cared for, fully furnished with everything you could need for a family vacation. She even had beach chairs, umbrella and a boogie board. The property was quiet with a mix of vacationers and property owners Caroline was so helpful and responsive. She messaged back every time within minutes! She had everything there for our stay that we could possibly need. We will definitely be back to stay longer.”

“We really enjoyed staying at The Surf! It was a great location and was exactly what our family of 5 needed. Only 2 suggestions: 1. If the owner or manager could have some better cleaning supplies on-site for renters to better be able to keep it up during the stay. Such as dishwasher tabs, surface spray... Otherwise it was clean, comfortable, safe for our 2, 6, and 7 year olds. 2. Would have loved to have a lifeguard at the pool. Overall we really loved it and are so happy we used verb……

“Overall, very nice place and perfectly situated right on the beach. The complex was nice and quiet. The one negative I had was only 1 tv worked in the condo. But, I enjoyed being on the beach and didn't really need TV. I would stay at this property again.”

“The condo was nicely appointed and had everything we needed for our stay (especially in the kitchen!!). The location right on the beach was perfect and having the pool gives a nice break from the beach and sand. Would definitely recommend! The property management company sent WAY too many emails and texts, often with duplicate information, but I suppose it's better to be over-informed than under-unformed and that was more an annoyance than a real problem.”

“Enjoyed hosting Thanksgiving for my young adult Marine. Just 30 minutes from Camp Lejeune but Sirf City is a fun little town. This condo had all the necessities we needed to enjoy a home cooked meal (they had everything we needed - including electric heaters which I initially didn’t see so I expected I’d have to hand mash potatoes. Huge TV with spectrum And Roku. Very comfy sofa lounger. Comfortable master bed and roomy loft with two additional beds - also great to have 1.5 baths. My dogs loved……

“4 night stay. Great deck and views. Comfortable queen bed arrived to dirty dishes in dishwasher which never got repaired while there. No toaster. Kitchen pans are spares. Towels were old and tattered. The unit is very cute. Close to all the stores and restaurants. If you are older it’s 3 flights of stairs up to the unit toilets are the old small short kind but despite those concerns we had a lovely time”

“The living room furniture was awful 😞. It's outside furniture and a couch and two chairs is a joke for a family to be able to sit around and watch TV or just talk. The set up in general is weird lack of storage bigger size storage bowls was a bummer too. Making some minor changes to furniture and set up and offering a baby gate for the steps would be great and make this home a much better fit for a family there was 8 of us and it wasn't the best set up. I couldn't imagine having 10 there and……
