Great location and plenty of rooms

Really enjoyed staying here and so close to the beach. I was to walk to our spot on the beach and back to the house in under a minute back and forth total. Making it easy to spend time on the beach and run back to the house from food/drinks or anything else, and easy to carry our things to enjoy the beach. Excellent property management, best I have seen in all our summer trips. Really enjoyed staying here.

Family Get Away

This place is perfect for a family get away. Our family rented a few of these units and out of all of the other units, this one was laid out the best and was super clean. It had everything we needed. It is in perfect proximity of the beach and we loved the balconies. We were able to look at the stars every night.

Great view

Love the location & proximity to beach. It's a beautiful property that's well stocked with implements. My only complaint would be the beds. For the price we paid I expect "like new" mattresses.

Birthdays at the beach

Had a great stay, grandkids joined us late in the week, beautiful view of the ocean and the night sky, we all were impressed. Would recommend this property to anyone wanting a great view and close proximity to the beach.

We arrived and immediately smelled an odor as if smoke or vaping needed to be covered up. Dishwasher full of dishes. Not a big deal but property instructions ask that it be empty upon departure. Trash and food left in drawers, dead bugs, and a sticky chocolate or jelly substance on a few of the kitchen cabinets and walls. My mom was to arrive a few hours later and had gifted this trip to my girls and I. Her room had personal items left on the dresser and dust and dirt everywhere. We text the property management quickly and got to work cleaning up the walls, cabinets and room. We did get a response via text but were told to email pictures to the Sea Shore Realty company. Eventually we received a text that they could send cleaning crew back out, but we had already done a tidy up so my mom could arrive and not notice. We found a broken cabinet and broken lock/patio door by that point. The view and location were outstanding. Its been many years since the adults in our family could coordinate schedules and get to the beach together. We loved the beach, not the filth. I emailed Sea Shore Realty 3x with pics and never received a response. They did send maintenence to attempt to fix the lock but he could not do so. Very disappointed and will not be back.

Beautiful view outside, cleanliness concerns inside

The views from this property are phenomenal. However, it seems that the comforters are not washed. After booking we were informed we needed to bring our own sheets and pillowcases or pay extra for a linen set in the house. When we arrived there were comforters on the beds that all reeked of some kind of Febreze. Upon leaving, the checkout instructions asked that we put the comforters back on the beds how we found them leading me to believe that they are probably not washed given the smell, the placement and the fact that after a night of sleeping in the bed I woke up with a terrible eye infection. I have never had anything like this before. The first night we stayed I slept without any blankets and I was fine, the second night I slept with the provided comforter up near my face and woke up with my eye nearly swollen shut. I thought it was just allergies but it has now been about 4 days and hasn't gone away. In addition we were a bit disappointed that we were asked to supply all of our own soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. For a rental property at this price point we were anticipating it would be stocked with the bare essentials- especially soap given that we are in the middle of a pandemic.
