We just doubled the square footage upstairs!. The House has roomy decks that span the front of both levels of this vacation spot, with a picnic table in place for alfresco dining at sunrise and sunset on the ocean front deck, and any time in between. A two-leveled boardwalk leading to the beach has a built-in bench for relaxing a little closer to the sandy strand, and there’s an outdoor shower for rinsing that sand off your tootsies.

Inside Pelican Landing, living quarters and two bedrooms a King and Queen, occupy the first level, with three oceanfront King bedrooms and a kids bunk room on the top level.

Living/dining area: The living area offers two new sofas and two arm Rattan chairs. The sofas are blue with white coral print and matches the arm chairs. Cuddle up with matching pillows tossed on each sofa and enjoy the amazing view, or have a movie night with the wall mounted flat screen TV. Tile floors and tan walls lead to the sliding glass door to the deck add to the relaxed feel of this room. Starfish-themed lamps and seascape prints complete the homey décor.

The oceanfront deck offers two picnic tables perfect for morning coffee or evening dolphin watching.

Dining Area: From the weathered wood top dining room table, you’ll always have an ocean view, either from the triple window on the front of the house or the double window on the side. Eight white chairs with white curved spindle backs offer plenty of seating under a elegant shell chandelier. Should you need more, there are five white bar stools at the generously proportioned bar between the dining area and kitchen.

Kitchen: This U-shaped kitchen has all the cabinet and counter space you could possibly need for preparing anything from a yummy shrimp boil to a complex five-course gourmet dinner. New stainless steel appliances, ocean blue walls, black counter-tops and weathered white cabinets make the kitchen feel like a true beach vacation - no nautical detail has been over looked. Open the exterior door between the dining area and kitchen, by the end of bar, and step out onto a walkway that leads to both the front deck and the rear parking area, making for convenient trips to the car for provisions.

Bedroom One (first level): Has a king-sized bed. The adjoining bath, which also opens onto the hall. There is a linen closet with four shelves to provide plenty of space for all those beach towels.

Bedroom Two (first level): A relaxing queen-sized bed here, set before a pair of windows that let the Topsail Island sun shine in. There’s a shell-filled lamp on the night table, and new tile flooring.

Bedroom 3, 4 and 5 (top level): Step through the sliding glass doors of this oceanfront room onto a deck that spans the upper level and offers awesome views of Topsail Island’s sand and sea. Inside, ALL (6) bedrooms have 55" SHDTVs with Google Cast capability as well as live streaming TV

Bedroom 6 has a double and twin bunk bed for the kids.
