Sea Sun's Greetings

Property was as advertised. Loved having a pool and the beach being so close. Quick response with calls and emails. Had a great time and would definitely recommend.

Sea Sun’s Greetings

Loved the area and just a minute walk to the beach. Porch and pool furniture were excellent. Pool area does need some maintenance as well as the house maybe some updating. We loved the layout. My girls and their family took the downstairs bedrooms and the older adult were upstairs. Kitchen well equipped. Yes definitely would rent again.

Loved the proximity of beach (with it's own walkway). I did not love proximity of neighbors. Sunny but cool weather. Loved using the heated pool daily. Loved all kitchen supplies available. Did not love paying additional for linens, but that was true of most rentals and was clearly stated in house description.

Good stay for price

House was good for the price. Location was great - ocean views were spectacular. Quick calls, emails, and maintenance when the dryer broke and the bottom step going to the ocean from the storm. We had issues with the neighbor to the right closest to the main road (it’s also a rental but the owners were the ones who caused issues). She harassed us - along with another local for walking on the sand path that apparently they owned. Every time we would walk out to the beach they would say things to us. They would also loudly talk about us at the beach. This is not ward realty’s fault but just an annoyance and no one wants to vacation next to people who make you feel uncomfortable.
