Everything we hoped it would be!

First trip to AMI, family of 4 (2 teenagers). Beautifully clean, decorated and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our week away. Nice quiet location but an easy walk to the beach and to restaurants and stores in Holmes Beach. Loved it!

Family Vacation

The neighborhood was quiet and the house was pretty clean. The listing information said it was kid friendly, but I would not recommend this to someone with children under 4 or 5. There is a lot of dangerous areas being that it is 3 levels. The kitchen was equipped pretty well. Other than missing a cutting board. We had some issues with the AC shutting off in its own and then we would realize it was 83 degrees in the house and have to turn it back on. And lastly, the beach is more than a block. It’s about a 5 minute walk.
