This is an amazing home literally steps from the beach. It is a gorgeous home and had everything we needed! Truly a little oasis!! Highly recommend this property! Really well maintained and included special amenities from the rental management company! Ideal location!!!

house was spotless, excellent condition, super close to the beach, comfortable beds, very nice bathrooms attached to each bedroom, nice patio and deck, small pool and landscaped (and fenced) yard where dogs could play...couldn't have asked for a nice place! many thanks

What a wonderful vacation home. This property is literally steps from the beach. The home was spotless. The property has plenty of towels and chairs and even has a wagon to take all of your belongings to the beach. The pool was great to lounge around in the shade when we were too burnt from the beach. Five minute drive to either Holmes Beach or AM proper. Would highly recommend this property.

We stayed here in early June. The house was perfect for 6 adults and 1 baby. We probably could have had a few more. The home has all high end finishes, the garage is stocked with all the beach supplies you need and the backyard is great with an adequately sized pool, grill, outdoor shower (with hot and cold water). The house is not on the beach but I don’t know how you could be any closer. It’s a really nice part of the beach too with great sand and not too crowded. Working with Ben was great. He made all the arrangements we needed and checked in several times to make sure everything was OK. We can’t wait to go back.
