Great location, very easy walk to the beach. Appreciated the beach wagon and chairs available for use. Nice pool area, great spot to relax if you want a break from the beach. Convenient outdoor shower inside pool area for washing off after the beach. The living space is small but we were comfortable with three of us. No table for meals but we made the bar area work. The light fixture above the bar is a bit low and we hit our heads on it often when sitting at the bar and standing up. The kitchen had most everything we needed, another medium sized sauce pan would be nice, only had one available. The kitchen was tight but nicely updated, appliances were in like new condition. The kitchen and main hall bath seemed to be recently renovated but the rest of the unit was a bit dated. Some of the decor was also dated and there was some dusty areas on the entertainment center and the decor. The unit also had a musty and old smell that should be addressed. It wasnt so overwhelming we couldn't get comfortable but it was there. The other noticeable item were the ceilings, we noticed some discoloration and appeared maybe some leaks in the past. We also felt the bathrooms could have been cleaner upon check in. Enjoyed the main TV at night and ability to login to our on line services, internet worked good. Overall we were comfortable here and really enjoyed our stay.
