Holmes Beach condo
The property location is absolutely outstanding. The ocean is just 3 blocks (.2 miles) away. There are several restaurants and a Publix just steps across the street. The condo is large with two bedrooms, two baths and a kitchen good for longer stays where you want to cook. So, there were a few issues to mention why I gave an overall rating of four. First the circuit breaker for the kitchen and living room main lighting was tripped when we arrived at 4pm. I called the property manager Vacasa, but did not hear back that night. I looked for the breaker box but couldn't find it. We did not have lights in the living room or kitchen that night. I called again the next morning at 9am and also reported the master bathroom shower doors had no guide holding them tight so when I went to use the shower, the door came off the top rail. The Maintenace guy showed up at 1Pm and we found the breaker box and fixed the lights. He looked at the shower and said yeah, we need to put some guides in for doors. This happened on Jan 9. We left Feb 5 and the Maintenace team never returned to fix the shower. We used the other shower which was fine. Last item to note is the pillows on rattan chairs have stains from prior rentals and need professional cleaning or to be replaced. I very much enjoyed my stay, but when I pay a lot of money and there is a separate property manager from the owner, I expect property to be ready when I arrive and everything in order.
