Waterview Cottage - a peaceful riverside location

A beautiful characterful cottage in a peaceful location next to the river in the heart of Holmfirth and is the perfect place to relax and a short stroll to independent shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants. There’s plenty to do with popular folk, art, film, food festivals or why not book a wine tasting tour of Holmfirth Vineyard or catch a gig at the Picture Drome. Also a walking and cycling enthusiast's paradise with the Peak District National Park, Pennine Way and moorland on your doorstep. Guests can enjoy a comfy kingsize bed with ensuite bathroom including electric shower. Fully equipped vaulted ceiling kitchen including washing machine and fridge freezer. Living room is flagged with beams galore and exposed stone walls. We have used quality fixtures and fittings and decorated in an eclectic style which we hope has something for everybody. Cottage location is peaceful and private with a patioed sitting out area perfect for reading, relaxing and alfresco eating and drinking accompanied by the sound of the river
Whilst no onsite parking there is plenty of parking just a minute from the cottage and either free or a reasonable charge.
